Recruiting Associate

Lynx is a small recruiting company focusing specifically on the New England software technology community. We've been in business for almost two decades, have survived 3 serious recessions, have an excellent reputation, and are now preparing for more growth and success as the economy continues to improve.

We're seeking a Recruiting Associate to join us and develop their career in search and placement.

The position will start out focusing on networking, recruiting and interviewing suitable candidates for recruiting projects we're currently involved with. Gradually, the scope will grow to include client-side work with existing client companies as well as developing new client relationships.

To be a good fit for us and this role, you should bring:
  • Bachelors degree
  • 1-6 years professional work experience (also interested in resumes of recent college grads)
  • Interest in software and information technology (but a technical background's not necessary)
  • Intelligence, enthusiasm, and positive attitude
  • Desire for a sales-oriented job
  • Love of people
  • Ambition tempered by ethics
