Phil has built an extensive background placing candidates since entering the recruiting field in 1987. Prior to co-founding Lynx in 1991, Phil was a consistently top performing recruiter at Winter, Wyman and Company, and before that had an engineering career in Digital Equipment Corporation's High Performance Systems Group.

Phil received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in 1987, and a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in 1983. He was elected to the Eta Kappa Nu and Tau Beta Pi engineering honor societies. Phil holds a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation from the National Association of Personnel Consultants, and is listed in Who's Who in America.

Sophia co-founded Lynx in 1991 in order to apply her own unique skills and experience to recruiting. Over the years, she has built a reputation as one of the Boston area's most successful and respected recruiting professionals. Sophia started her recruiting career in 1984, and was the top achiever for a number of years at Winter, Wyman and Company. Previously, she was a software engineer, holding positions at Data General, Applicon/Schlumberger and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Sophia holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Boston University, and was graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Math and Computer Science. Sophia also holds a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation from the National Association of Personnel Consultants.
